Your registration only indicates your intent to submit an entry for the scholarship competition.  

There is no on-campus requirement associated with registering.

Scholarship Terms & Requirements

Students must apply and be accepted to Stephens College unconditionally to receive the scholarship. Submissions must be received by January 13, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. CST. The scholarship will be awarded to a 2013 high school graduate entering Stephens College in Fall 2013. Students may not receive more than one program scholarship and are thus encouraged to submit for only one academic program scholarship competition.

Stephens faculty will judge all entries and select THREE recipients. The recipients will each be awarded a $5,000 scholarship, renewable each academic year. Additional scholarships may be available based on entries received. The recipients and all applicants will be notified by January 27, 2013.

The scholarship will be applied to the recipient’s account each year, one-half in the Fall Semester and one-half in the Spring Semester. To renew the scholarship, the student must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average at Stephens and declare a major in an appropriate area.
